THE ROOTED RESET (6-WEEK PROGRAM)
A six-week foundational reset to rebuild your health through nourishing rhythms, cycle-aligned training, and simple, sustainable habits. The Rooted Reset is where we start.
It’s designed to help you understand your body, hormones, lifestyle patterns, and what’s been holding you back. Over six weeks, we establish routines that support long-term change, not quick fixes, not burnout, just clarity and direction.
-We begin with a full consultation where we review your health history, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and goals.
-You’ll complete a baseline food journal, and then we meet for orientation, in person if you’re local, or virtually, to go over everything, run any needed movement assessments, and build your personalized plan.
Once the program begins, you’ll receive:
-A personalized cycle-synced workout plan, updated weekly A three-day dietary outline with access to a private recipe + meal prep library Grocery lists and simple, real-food guidance for hormone balance
-Member-only resources (products, podcasts, research, lifestyle tools)
-Weekly check-ins and coaching calls for accountability and support
-Direct communication throughout the six weeks Session notes + progress reflections so you understand your body more deeply
-If you’re local, you can add in-person sessions anytime for form, intensity, or hands-on guidance.
-The Rooted Reset builds the base for everything that follows.
-After six weeks, you can move into Rooted Lifestyle monthly coaching to continue your plan and strengthen your long-term habits.
